Lincoln Motor Company embarked on a 10-city tour spanning 12 weeks to debut their latest Lincoln Aviator vehicle, extending an invitation to HeyMama to join them on this journey. From LA to Philadelphia, HeyMama partnered with Lincoln to host intimate events nationwide as part of their comprehensive 360 campaign.

HeyMama’s events boasted exclusivity, featuring a carefully curated guest list of business-minded mothers who were influential figures within their respective industries and local communities. Limited to invite-only access for up to 20 members, each event was graciously hosted by a local HeyMama tastemaker. Despite the challenges of managing a lean team of contractors around the country, I orchestrated the intricate logistics of the entire 3-month tour, often traveling to numerous events to personally oversee operations as the on-site host.
