Responsibilities:

As Marketing Director, I implement and project manage all marketing efforts across the brand including:

  • Help build and execute go-to-market strategy.

  • CRM + lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, conversion).

  • Social media channels (planning, eventually designing and writing).

  • Assist in overseeing paid performance and PR.

Highlights

Social:

  • Increased instagram engagement by 67% and reach by 126% .

  • Gained over 1.2 mil impressions on a 5 person influencer launch campaign.

Acquisition + Lifecycle:

  • Led the creation and implementation of metrics tracking across the entire department.

  • Created entire CRM system across the business. Responsible for all email, SMS, and phone call integrations and optimizations.

    • 78 workflows, 24 automated emails, 90 1:1 email templates

  • Confirmed accuracy of all data presented by cross-referencing and eventually helping to integrate CRM with proprietary product.

  • Led testing and optimizing strategies to increase conversion at all stages within the customer lifecycle.

  • Work closely with the intake team to increase conversions by 4% month over month
